Help! I've already logged in this session! Why do I have to do it again!?

There are two reasons why you may be brought back here if you've already logged in:

• Cookies are turned off: If you find that the site keeps sending you back to this page time and time again, it's probably because your cookies are turned off.
  It's different from browser to browser how to turn cookies on or off, so check your web browser's help file for instructions on turning cookies on.
• Your login timed out: The server will assume that you're not longer using the site and log you out automatically if you do not access a new page at least once every 20 minutes. If more than 20 minutes have elapsed since you last went to a new page, this is probably the reason. Simply log in again and all should be well (unless you wait another 20 minutes later on...)
